During the Jiaxing Marathon, with the marathon entry ticket, you can enjoy a 50% discount on ferry rides, at the tea bars, and for night tours in South Lake Scenic Area. Also, cultural and creative products in the scenic area are available at a minimum discount of 50%.

South Lake is renown as a scenic area goes back to ancient times when it appeared in poems.

It occupies a major place in China’s history as the Chinese Communist Party was founded on a boat on South Lake in 1921. The lake is considered a revolutionary spot and groups of Party members go there every year to commemorate the Party’s establishment.
