Recently, the Jiaxing Women's Federation released a notice on the announcement of the "Top Ten Exemplary Individuals of ‘Five Women's Communist Party in 2023" in Jiaxing City. Taking the implementation of the five major actions of "Women's Common Heart, Women's Common Creation, Women's Common Beauty, Women's Common Construction, and Women's Common Connection" as the starting point, a group of outstanding individuals were selected. Xu Yan, a member of the Women's Federation Executive Committee of Nanhu Street, Nanhu District, and Chairperson of the Women's Federation in Nanhu Tian Di Commercial District, also serving as the Deputy Chief of the National Women's Civilization Post in the Nanhu Scenic Area Visitor Service Center, actively participated in promotion and selection, and was honored as one of the "Top Ten Individuals of “Five Women's Communist Party " in Jiaxing City.

As the leader of the "Red Boat Daughters · Nanhu Red Story" preaching team, Xu Yan has always pursued the value of "beside the red boat, I am the reddest", leveraging the strength of women to lead the team in telling the story of the Red Boat and promoting the spirit of the Red Boat. From being a scenic spot guide to a leader in the industry, comrade Xu actively organized the red preaching team, leading the team to successively win honors such as the "National Women's Civilization Post". They have nurtured a group of outstanding talents, including "National Red Five-Star Guides", members of the Communist Youth League Central Committee's "Young Lecturer Team", and "Outstanding Guides of Zhejiang Province", thereby enhancing the image of Jiaxing's Nanhu as the birthplace of the Party. They have played a leading role in women's contributions and achievements.

 At the same time, guided by the spirit of the Red Boat, this comrade has fully mobilized the initiative, creativity, and enthusiasm of female workers in the industry. They established the Nanhu Red Story preaching team and meticulously arranged the "Encounter with You at Nanhu" - an artistic party lecture, vividly elucidating the contemporary significance of the great Party-building spirit and the Red Boat spirit. The Nanhu Artistic Party Lecture, led by them, was selected as one of the first provincial-level tourism performing arts boutique projects. To tell the red stories to a wider audience, this comrade led team members to conduct Party's 20th National Congress spirit preaching, red story preaching, and sharing of women's federation work experience in the spare time of the masses, using popular methods, and in places where the masses gather. The number of listeners exceeded 23,000 person-times.

Furthermore, as the Chairperson of the Women's Federation in the Nanhu Tian Di Commercial District, this comrade has united and led women in the commercial district to operate with integrity and promote low-carbon environmental protection. They have provided services to drive entrepreneurial innovation among women in the surrounding areas. They have organized multiple activities such as on-site tea art teaching and civilized guidance, with more than 2,000 participants. These efforts have received positive social feedback and showcased the feminine charm of the "half of the sky" beside the red boat.
