Recently, the Jiaxing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission selected 10 "New Talents" and 40 "Craftsmen" from state-owned enterprises for the year 2023. Zou Jie, a tour guide at the Nanhu Scenic Area of Zhejiang Nanhu Cultural and Tourism Group, was honored with the title of "Craftsman" in state-owned enterprises.

 Comrade Zou Jie, as a tour guide near the Red Boat, consciously shoulders the glorious mission of promoting the "Great Party Building Spirit" and the "Red Boat Spirit". She continuously strengthens her interpretation skills, diligently tells the stories of the Red Boat and the history of Zhejiang. With her outstanding comprehensive abilities, she has frequently undertaken important reception and foreign guest interpretation tasks at various levels in the Nanhu Scenic Area.

In 2023, she participated in the preparation and reception tasks for the English version of the "Retracing the Path" initiative of the new era and successfully completed the reception task for the Indonesian delegation's visit to Nanhu, receiving unanimous praise from the distinguished guests. As a key member of the propaganda team, she actively participated in the series of activities promoting the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, delivering over 30 lectures throughout the year and achieving a positive social impact.

In 2023, serving as the Tourism Promotion Officer of Jiaxing City and the Tourism Promotion Officer of Nanhu Scenic Area, Zou Jie actively participated in over ten tourism promotion events organized by various levels of tourism departments in Jiaxing and key tourism enterprises. These events included tourism promotion activities in different regions, as well as tourism fairs and cultural exhibitions. She comprehensively introduced the distinctive cultural and tourism resources of Jiaxing and delivered micro-lectures such as "Destination Ahead: Jiaxing". Additionally, she contributed to the production of promotional videos for the "Retracing the Path" initiative of the new era. Zou Jie's efforts were recognized when she won the Gold Award in the 2022 Jiaxing "Byte Jiahe" Digital Cultural Works Design Competition, furthering the promotion of tourism and culture in Jiaxing.

Unfazed by challenges, this comrade continuously improves their comprehensive skills by learning from excellent preaching experiences. They actively participate in various industry competitions at the provincial and municipal levels, earning titles such as "Outstanding Interpreter of Zhejiang Province", the first prize in the 2022 Jiaxing Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission's micro-lecture competition in the film category, and the third prize in the 2023 "Follow Footsteps, Understand Truth" red study tour route promotion and red story speech contest in Jiaxing. In 2022, they represented Jiaxing City's youth at the 15th Provincial Youth Congress and joined the Zhejiang Provincial Youth Federation in 2023, attending the 12th plenary session of the Provincial Youth Federation Committee. Their active involvement demonstrates the outstanding qualities of the Nanhu Cultural and Tourism team.
